product feature
Oxygen bleaching with sodium percarbonate without chemical bleach activator (TAED) is the most environmentally friendly alternative to bleaching laundry in the sun.
Due to the separate dosing of the bleaching agent, the bleaching effect is only used in a targeted manner where it is needed to remove stains and bleach white laundry.

Origin and properties of the ingredients
Sodium percarbonate is an addition compound of hydrogen peroxide with sodium carbonate (soda). Under the influence of heat, the hydrogen peroxide is split off again from 50 °C, which decomposes into water and active oxygen. The reaction increases with increasing temperature, so that the bleaching effect in the washing machine is optimal at 95 °C. The oxygen that is released acts primarily on organic stains such as grass stains, fruit stains, etc., by oxidizing the dyes and thereby making them colorless, or by converting substances that form stains due to oxidation back into water-soluble ones.
Biodegradation
Sodium percarbonate decomposes itself into mineral soda, water and oxygen during the washing and bleaching process and thus leaves the washing machine in a state that does not require any further decomposition. This means that the bleaching process is also the degradation process. Soda is a mineral and does not need to be further mined.
