Biodegradation

In the manufacturing process of sugar surfactants, parts of starch, sugar and fat are removed from the vegetable raw materials, but their natural structure is fully retained. It is therefore relatively easy for the microorganisms to 100% degrade sugar surfactants very quickly and completely. According to the OECD, sugar surfactant is considered to be easily biodegradable.

Ethanol and glycerine are reintegrated into the natural cycle within a few hours.
